  • Orders placed before the daily cut-off time are processed on the same business day.

  • Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Handling Time

  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days

  • Processing Days: Monday to Friday

During this period, we verify, prepare, and pack your order before dispatch.

Transit Time

  • Transit Time: 2–3 business days

  • Delivery Days: Monday to Friday

Delivery times begin after your order has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 3–5 business days (Handling Time + Transit Time)
