At Vaahri, we want you to shop with confidence. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all components included

  • Proof of purchase, such as an order number or order confirmation email, must be provided

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@vaahri.com and include the following:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the item, if applicable

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with the correct return address and detailed return instructions.

Please do not send items back without prior approval. Our products are fulfilled through multiple logistics partners, and the correct return address will be confirmed after approval. Returns sent without authorisation or to an incorrect address may not be accepted and could result in delays.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as the item remains the customer’s responsibility until it is received and confirmed by our team.

Vaahri is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow:

  • Up to 7 business days for processing after the item is received and inspected

  • Additional time depending on your bank or payment provider

We reserve the right to issue a partial refund or decline a refund if items are returned in a used, damaged, or incomplete condition.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of up to 10% of the item value may apply to change-of-mind returns or returns unrelated to a defect or error on our part.

No restocking fee will be charged for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

The applicable restocking amount will be confirmed after the returned item has been inspected.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery at info@vaahri.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

If the claim is approved:

  • You will receive a full refund or replacement at no additional cost

  • In most cases, return of the item will not be required

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that have been used or are not in original condition

  • Items returned without prior approval

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling

  • Clearance or final sale items, where applicable

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or dispatched. To request a cancellation, contact us at info@vaahri.com as soon as possible after placing your order.

Once an order has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, you are welcome to follow the standard return process once the item has been delivered.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please submit a return request and place a new order once your return has been approved.

Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
